THE MACK LOT

The Mack Lot is a vacant, underutilized land parcel on the south side of Mack Avenue between MACC Development and D&D Storage. The goal for this project is to bring together local stakeholders to envision exciting possibilities for the lot, ultimately transforming it into a new community space. The project is building off of the Mack Avenue Corridor Development Plan, a comprehensive development strategy for the Mack Avenue commercial corridor between East Grand Boulevard and Fischer Street. Two key components from this plan are placemaking and land use strategies for vacant lots like the Mack Lot.
