Project description
The Mack Avenue Strong Neighborhoods Plan seeks to develop a community-led vision and set of strategies to strengthen residential housing in the neighborhoods north of Mack, south of Warren, between Grand Boulevard and Fischer Street. The plan seeks community participation to build on neighborhood strengths and address neighborhood challenges to ensure that residents benefit from investment in the neighborhood.
